“I was privileged to meet Sherman over 2 years ago now, just before my gastric sleeve surgery. It was a time where I had lots of questions and lots of uncertainty but Sherman’s calm and considerate manner helped immensely. Within 5 minutes I knew I was going to engage his services to support me on my weight loss journey. Over 2 years on I have no interest in ending our affiliation, he is as good for me today as he was at the start and really helps in so many practical weighs (haha - pun intended) to keep me grounded, but also to take time to celebrate my successes.
